I’ve been recovering from a flare up however I had a breakthrough with my GP and I feel overwhelmed and relieved… The next few months will be tough, but nothing is tougher than I am & I will beat this…

AUTUMN VIBES: EMBRACE THE COZY
I hope you had a magical weekend – I’m pleased to say I did and next weekend can’t come soon enough… I’m trying to get back into the habit of sharing my weekly joys – here’s what’s made me smile over the past 7days.

I’m a big believer that what we choose to put on our skin is just as important as what we choose to put in our mouth and with that in mind, I’ve been making an effort to focus on much greener and cleaner skincare… for both myself and for the planet

I’ve been on the look for some lower/no alcohol alternatives to my favourite tipple and I’m pleased to say this didn’t disappoint – it’s refreshing and whilst not particularly floral or herbal the botanical blend tastes lush.

BE AUTHENTICALLY YOU
I was stoked to spot this street art recently… As a pea who’s never been mainstream or conventional, I can say I’ve been lucky enough to have never had an issue with standing out like a sore thumb – I don’t know other way of being and I am okay with this.
This artwork offers us a reminder to find the courage and comfort in being our authentic self… Tune into your truth and own your quirks and individuality. Find joy in your surroundings, look for magic in the mundane and learn to understand that you’ll only find happiness when you are comfortably you.
